Hi, I’m Erin — founder of Aesthetics By Erin (AE)

I’m a practising midwife with a degree from Cardiff University, and I also hold a Master’s level qualification in medical prescribing. My journey into aesthetics came from a genuine passion for helping people feel more confident in their own skin. I’m currently studying for a degree in Clinical Aesthetics, and I’ve also completed a wide range of advanced aesthetic training to ensure the treatments I offer are not only effective, but also safe and tailored to you.

Before I moved into healthcare, I had a strong background in the beauty industry — and I really believe it’s this combination of medical knowledge and beauty experience that makes AE a little different. It allows me to approach every treatment with both a clinical eye and a creative touch.

At AE, my role is to help guide you toward the right treatments for you — not just what’s trending — and to make sure you feel empowered, informed, and completely comfortable throughout the process.

I’ve also had aesthetic treatments myself, so I understand that even the smallest tweak can make a huge difference in how you feel. It’s never about changing who you are — just enhancing what’s already there.

Our clinic is designed to be a private, calming space where you can fully relax and feel taken care of. Every consultation is a two-way conversation — I’ll listen carefully to your goals and concerns, and together we’ll create a bespoke plan that works for you.

Hello, I’m Char

A registered Mental Health Nurse, having trained at UWE Bristol over five years ago. I continue to practise within the NHS in a community-based role, alongside completing my Master’s degree to qualify as an Independent Nurse Prescriber.

I trained in medical aesthetics two years ago, a field that allows me to seamlessly combine advanced clinical expertise with a genuine passion for enhancing confidence and wellbeing. I specialise in subtle, refined treatments designed to enhance your natural features and restore a refreshed, confident appearance. My aesthetic philosophy is centred on balance, precision, and restraint — results should look effortless, elegant, and never overdone.

Every treatment begins with a thorough, personalised consultation. I take time to understand your goals, offering honest, professional guidance to ensure each decision feels considered and aligned with your individual needs. My approach is meticulous and bespoke, with patient safety, comfort, and natural outcomes always at the forefront.

I am committed to delivering safe, ethical, and evidence-based care, working in accordance with NMC guidelines and maintaining the highest clinical standards across all aspects of my practice. Hello, I’m Alex

A registered nurse with over ten years of nursing experience and a career in healthcare that began at the age of fifteen. Caring for others has always been central to who I am, and I am immensely proud to be part of such a trusted and respected profession.

I currently work as an aesthetic practitioner, a role I began in September 2025, alongside my specialist community nursing position supporting both adults and paediatric patients, which I have held since 2019. These roles allow me to combine advanced clinical expertise with compassion, continuity of care, and a truly person-centred approach.

Aesthetics aligns seamlessly with my passion for helping individuals feel confident and comfortable in themselves. My aesthetic philosophy centres on subtle, natural enhancements that complement your features while preserving your individuality and natural beauty. Treatments are always carefully considered, refined, and tailored to you.

I am committed to maintaining the highest clinical standards across all areas of my practice, working in accordance with NMC guidelines and evidence-based practice. Ongoing professional development is fundamental to my work, ensuring that every treatment is delivered safely, ethically, and with up-to-date clinical knowledge.

As a mother of two, a dog owner, and someone who is deeply family-oriented, I value warmth, trust, and connection. I strive to create a calm, welcoming environment where you feel listened to, supported, and completely at ease. Every consultation is centred around your goals, and I would be honoured to work with you to help you feel your very best.

Erin is a remarkably skilled clinician who has the perfect combination of professionalism and kindness. I saw her for a skin consult when I was feeling at one of my lowest points. She listened to my concerns and offered me a treatment that she felt confident in and most importantly, I felt comfortable with. I have seen her for two sessions and I am already seeing the results. Had my first ever anti-wrinkle treatment with Erin at Aesthetics by Erin and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was a little nervous going in (first time Botox nerves 😅) but Erin made me feel so relaxed straight away. She took loads of time to chat everything through, answer all my questions and did such a thorough consultation and assessment beforehand which really reassured me. The treatment itself was so quick and painless! You can really tell how knowledgeable and passionate Erin is about what she does, and she genuinely wants you to feel comfortable and confident with the whole process. Had my lips done for the first time by Char and absolutely love them! I asked for a natural enhancement to my lip shape and that's exactly what I got. I was nervy as it was my first time having anything done but Char and Erin both put me at ease! Char said she wanted to make sure I was nice and numb for the treatment and that I was! I barely felt it and it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. It was nice and relaxed, and I love the results. A few days later now and my lips are settling down nicely and look natural, I will be back in again- thank you Char! ❤️ Xx

I absolutely love coming to see Erin, I really cannot recommend her enough. She is the loveliest lady and has so much knowledge and an amazing skill set. I never feel pressured into having additional treatments or products and if she thinks the treatment won’t benefit me she will be honest and upfront with me. I was nervous about Botox, being a woman of a ‘certain age’ - but in the confident and assuring hands of Erin, she softened my frown lines (or commonly known WTF’ lines) and the results were amazing. I’ve been having treatments at Aesthetic by Erin and honestly can’t recommend her enough! Erin has been amazing at tailoring everything specifically to my skin goals, especially with my upcoming wedding in mind. We’ve done a series of microneedling sessions, along with anti-wrinkle and hydro facial treatment. The difference in my skin has been incredible. I’ve always struggled with skin issues, but for the first time in a long time, I feel confident and excited about how my skin looks. I just had my first anti wrinkle injections with Erin, I think it’s a big decisions to let someone alter your face in any way so I did lots of research beforehand. I like that Erin has a medical background, this really came across in the consultation and treatment, she was so knowledgeable but also really warm and kind, and made me feel so at ease. Brilliant communication from Erin. Any forms that needed filling out were emailed to me beforehand. Everything was explained to me regarding my treatment. Erin's office is immaculate, modern and welcoming. Car parking right outside. During treatment I was kept informed of what was being done. After care explained fully. I Would highly recommend. I had my first treatment with Erin last week and had Skin Boosters + Botox in my crows feet. I woke up the next day and my skin felt soo soft and hydrated. I get quite a lot of dried skin around my nose area and I noticed this hasn't been an issue for me at all since this appointment. I always get super nervous when I get any treatment done on my face but Erin made me feel soo comfortable through the entire process. I'm so so pleased with the results from both treatments and it's so nice to be able to smile more confidently now x

I’ve recently had 2 out of 3 treatments of under eye skin boosters. Even after the first treatment I noticed instant results with the creases visibly near gone. I attended an event tonight hosted by Erin. We were welcomed in with Prosecco and cake, then made to feel at ease while we watched a demo of a new product that Erin is using in her salon, Aesthetics By Erin. No pressure was put upon us to spend any money and professionals were on hand to answer questions and offer advice. I have been clenching my jaw and grinding my teeth for years, which has caused me to have very strong masseter muscles . Which in turn, caused me to suffer from headaches and shooting pain. I would wake up in pain and after long days I would be in Agony. I would leave events early due to the discomfort and led me to rely on analgesia. After having the Botox I have not had a single headache, my face is less painful and I am able to sleep throughout the night. I wish I had done it sooner! Erin is such a brilliant practitioner who made me feel relaxed and explained everything in great depth. I would recommend her and the treatment to any suffers of headaches and TMJ!

Recently visited Erin for a hydro facial. Booking in was easy and with clear instructions on how to find her. The facial itself was really relaxing, the environment and knowledge of Erin helped that, and my face felt refreshed and cleansed during and after the facial. I haven’t had my usual monthly breakout and I’m putting it down to the facial! My skin feels more plump than the usual dryness it. Thank you Erin, I will be back 😊
