Dermal Fillers
What are dermal fillers?
Dermal filler can enhance facial contours. This can be from volumising lips, enhancing cheeks, diminishing fine lines around the mouth, and restoring volume loss in the face.
Dermal fillers are comprised of hyaluronic acid. Hyaluronic acid is something that we all have, however it decreases rapidly as we age. All dermal filler treatments are bespoken to your needs, and what you would like to achieve from your treatments with us.
about the treatment
Frequently asked questions about Dermal Fillers
How long is the treatment?
It can really depend on what area you are having treated. Usually around 30 minutes.
Pain scale?
We use numbing cream for dermal filler treatments as they can be slightly painful without numbing. Our aim is to keep you as comfortable as possible during your treatment.
Down time?
Dermal fillers can cause redness, swelling and bruising after treatment. We would usually advise 24 hours. Brusing can typically stay around for longer, however with the use of arnica cream they will hopefully subside a little sooner for you.
When will I see Results?
With dermal filler you can be swollen after your treatment, you can also have bruising and redness afterwards.
Optimum results will be around 2 weeks.
