Results last anything from three to four months for most people; some people may see effects for up to 5 months. However, this largely depends on a few factors such as metabolism, lifestyle factors, sun exposure, diet, hydration levels, and activity levels.

There is little to no downtime for anti-wrinkle injections. Some redness and swelling may be present for around 20 minutes after the procedure, but this will go down very quickly. Due to the treatment being injection based there is a chance of bruising, however this is minimal for this procedure. After care such as no makeup, no skin products, and avoiding heat extremities should be followed for 24 hours after procedure.

There are multiple areas that we can treat with anti-wrinkle injections. This could be for upper face rejuvenation such as frown lines, crows’ feet and forehead lines, or alternately we can treat the lower face, this could be to help with a gummy smile, a downturned smile, prominent neck bands, and jaw clenching. This can all be discussed with your practitioner in your consultation appointment before you have your antiwrinkle injections.
